Michael has been outstanding in both the purchase of our new home 3 years ago, and the sale of our old home that we had been renting out for the past 3 years. Michael was a fantastic representative. He had many qualities that worked well in helping me sell our property: His knowledge of the area was impressive. The house was in a trust and he knew all of the specific issues related to that aspect of the sale. He conducted seminars which helped to show his background in real estate and knowledge base.
